This system provides direct interface of incoming caller’s telephone number, allowing rapid display of customer ridership information simultaneously with answering the phone.  A great security and timesaving feature for your order taking and dispatch center. 

If you have a ACD system and is TAPI compliant, our callerid software will work. There maybe some customization required.

As with all callerid systems you must have callerid service through your phone company.
